Here’s how to go about toning your stomach to create a beautiful waist and sexy curves for the ultimate feminine body. There are a lot of things you can do for your waist, but sometimes they create a “guy look”. Lots of side type crunches and weighted exercises aren’t good for women who want a feminine looking waistline.
So I’m going to share with you over the next couple minutes how to do this right so that you can create an ENHANCED hourglass figure.
Toning Your Stomach
1. You need to do “soft” type exercises
Weights and such bring out your muscles. I’m not against muscles since women need some muscle, but only up to a point. If you go beyond that point, you just won’t have a very feminine body. I think highly of an exercise called the vacuum pose. This exercise is great for enhancing the curves from your waist to hips while helping you to lose belly fat inches.
It’s simple too.
Just suck in your stomach, hold it in that position for a few moments, relax, do it again, etc. For the best results that are quick, do this for a total of 10 minutes each day.
2. Hula hooping
The hip and waist movements, the swaying, really target your waist and hips. To say this exercise brings out sexy curves is an understatement. Use it often… like 10 minutes a day… even if it’s 1 minute at a time here and there. One point to remember… you have to do this with a weighted hula hoop because if you don’t, the hula hoop will just fall to the ground way too much to get anything out of this exercise.
Try these 2 things for toning your stomach and getting sexy curves with a beautiful waist.
