I did my work outs for at least three times a day and a work out usually lasts for about 30 to 45 minutes. I also did some strength training. These exercises are good more toning the muscles in the body especially the stomach area. The exercises I did were sit ups, push ups, dumbbell curls and leg raises.
I had a hard time doing these things at first but after a few weeks I started feeling healthy and stronger. And after a few more weeks, I saw results.
