If you’re like me you’ve always dreamed about having a nice set of abs. I remember when I would get jealous when I would see somebody with a nice set of abs at the beach. I always wanted to be that person but not matter what I tried I failed to get rid of the fat that was covering my abs.
In this article I’d like to share with you a few tips that helped me finally get a six pack. The best thing about these tips is that there is little effort involved in the process.
Tip #1-
The first step is to dream for a few seconds of what you want your body to look like. Picture you taking off your shirt and having the nice abs that everyone wants. Now that you have this picture in your mind, create a goal to make it happen. Goal setting is the most important thing to getting nice abs. Make sure that you set goals that are attainable and measurable. If you have a goal to have a six pack in 2 weeks this might be too difficult. “Get a six pack by June 1st by losing 20 pounds” is a good example.
Tip #2-
The next step is to get organized. I am sure by now that you understand that it will take healthy eating and exercise to get a six pack. This is why you need to create a food journal and a workout journal. The food journal is where you write down what you’ve eaten and the amount of calories each food contains. This will help you stay on track with your diet. The workout journal will help you remember what exercises you did..
Tip #3-
The last step is to get adequate rest throughout the night. Most doctors would agree that the average person needs to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Sleep is very important because it’s the critical time when your pituitary gland releases growth hormone at the highest peak. Growth hormone is needed so that you’re body can recover from the previous day. If you’re body doesn’t recover, it will be difficult to achieve the results you want.
